- Online cancellation is available until the day before pickup for eligible reservations. Contact customer service on or after the pickup date.
- For cancellation due to a natural disaster on the pickup date, submit proof of flight cancellation to request a full refund.
- For changes to a reservation, cancel and book again. PayPal fees are rounded to USD cents and converted at the original payment exchange rate; fees cannot exceed the amount paid.
